Installation Instructions for Web Users:

1. To access the web version of the VCAI, please be sure your system meets these minimum requirements:
--Browser Type: Chrome (version 56 or later), Firefox (version 51 or later), Safari (version 10 or later), or Internet Explorer (version 10 or later).
--Laptops with pointing devices or pointing sticks (such as the Lenovo Thinkpad or Sony Vaio) require the use of Internet Explorer or Firefox.
--Browser zoom level must be set to 100%.
--Screen resolution must be set to 1024x768 or greater.
--Local firewalls must not be active during test.

If your system meets this minimum set of requirements, please continue to step 2. If your system does not meet these minimum requirements, please complete the VCAI on a different device.

3. Register for the VCAI and follow the test instructions. Please enter your Product Key and Group Code during registration.

Installation Instructions for Mac Users:

1. Click "Download for Mac" link above.
2. Download app package.
3. Go to downloads, click, hold and drag download to desktop.
4. Double click downloaded VCAI package and follow instructions.
5. Choose install location (hard drive) and click install.
6. Enter password to install on hard drive.
7. Will indicate Installation was successful and click close.
8. Go to hard drive and double click.
9. Choose Applications on left side.
10. Scroll down Application list to VCAI.app.
11. Double click VCAI.app. The Registration screen will appear.
12. Register for the VCAI and follow the test instructions. Please enter your Product Key and Group Code during registration.

Installation Instructions for Windows Users:

1. Click "Download for Windows" link above.
2. Save file 'VCAI.exe' to your PC.
3. Locate and open the downloaded file.
4. Follow installation instructions.
5. Once installed, open the VCAI app. The Registration screen will appear.
6. Register for the VCAI and follow the test instructions. Please enter your Product Key and Group Code during registration.

Installation Instructions for iPad Users:

1. Click here in your iPad or search the Apple App Store for 'VCAI'.
